Mark J. Rokos
President and Founder
Mr. Rokos has over 20 years of experience working within Fortune 500 corporate real estate departments as well as in private enterprise. He has played a key management role throughout his career in the disciplines of property management, land development, commercial project/construction management, franchise management and transaction management services, specializing in coordination of national real estate portfolios.
Mr. Rokos' experience includes working within such blue chip corporate real estate departments as J.P. Morgan Chase & Company, Waste Management, ExxonMobil, US Cellular and CB Richard Ellis. During his tenure at these companies, Mr. Rokos consistently applied proven project management approaches to national challenges within each discipline. In other words, he specialized in coordinating multiple, scattered resources to accomplish singular goals.
His unique background has provided the knowledge base necessary to develop and implement MMRE's innovative business model. By applying a best-in-class project management framework to property management, Mr. Rokos' company has been able to provide incredibly high consistency in service (think McDonald's) from property to property, from state to state. Through affiliates all across North America, MMRE is able to serve clients virtually anywhere.
When he's not serving his clients, Mr. Rokos enjoys serving the community. In addition
to both supporting and coaching youth athletic programs, he founded and served as
president of an urban-based organization that supports youth programs and local charities. In its eighth year, the non-profit organization has been successful at raising much-needed donations through a variety of unique fundraising activities. Mr. Rokos is also currently a board member of the Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Rokos earned his finance degree from Iowa State University. Professionally, he is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Realtors, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the Batavia Chamber of Commerce. |
